
Thiago Conhasca is an attorney practicing in tax, corporate, and public law, combining strategic litigation, advisory work, and tax planning. He has experience assisting companies in the industrial and service sectors on matters involving indirect taxation, tax benefits and incentives, special regimes, and the structuring of business models from a tax perspective. His practice also includes corporate reorganizations, succession planning, asset protection, complex administrative and judicial disputes, and tax risk management in business transactions.
He previously served in public institutions and at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro (ALERJ), where he took part in the review and discussion of legislative proposals, particularly in the areas of taxation, public finance, and administrative organization.
