Guilherme Pacheco de Britto has extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate disputes, and large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. He has worked at renowned law firms and held senior legal positions in major companies within the industrial, infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors, leading strategic operations and negotiating complex contracts in Brazil and abroad.
He has led corporate restructuring processes, complex negotiations with international creditors, and the structuring and financing of petrochemical, energy, and infrastructure projects. His expertise includes the formation of joint ventures, resolution of corporate disputes, and complex contracts, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
He holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and an LL.M. from Paris II – Panthéon/Assas. He was a member of the Superior Council for Legal Affairs of FIESP, the Legal Committee of Amcham, and Co-Chairman of the Board of Altera Ocyan FPSO.
